Ice Wine

Riesling Eiswein is our favorite ice wine and the perfect dessert beverage. Produced from grapes that are frozen on the vine, the water in the grapes freezes resulting in more concentrated sugars. Its decadent sweet and fruity flavor is the perfect balance to higher cacao content chocolate truffles and nutty flavors.
